Capitalization issues when making comments

Someone else reported this, but it doesn't happen for me! They reported it for when include a link in the text.

Let me check logs though and test again. Is there anything particular about the action you create?

It happened to me when I tried to 'Mass Tweet' (comments) No link in the text.
