Retweet errors and fail

Hi Martin,

I have a problem with my retweet processes, they always worked fine (they are automatic daily processes) and recently most of my retweet processes started giving me errors and fails and therefore they retweet nothing, however, a few retweet processes do work, and all my accounts retweet the same account and the processes are created exactly the same as the ones that stopped working, so it's weird, sometimes when I redo a retweet process it works again, but after that, it is finished and it begins its next daily process, it stops working again.
Here is a piece of the errors I get in the logs, I will send you all the logs.

twitter server error, they are failing to parse their data store with their parsing library. They are getting a value of the wrong type and their code is erroring.


Nothing I can do, it's twitter with the error. Maybe wait and see if it fixes itself. Or try and contact twitter, maybe they are more responsive than I am

Usually the data causing the issue, is from the timeline, so as that post drops down, it should move off out the way.

IF you can send me the full details of the scrape that causes this, I can check it out and maybe I can handle it in some way. Post it up here, or if private, to email:

try this, might help, if same issue, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

The problem is still there, I sent you logs: ID:Logs_56045
I accedentily sended you more logs from another instance, you can ignore that.

your logs are massive, can you generate action specific logs please


Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE

2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.

3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

right click the action > RAW LOGS > copy and send me the contents of the file that opens.
