Hi!
I have been trieing to run Thumbling Jazz on my VPS it worked at first for a loong time with out problem, then it crashed and I have'nt been able to run it since then.
The process is running when I check task-manager but I cant see the aplicaton/gui/interface. I have tried to uninstall the application many times, restarting and so on but i does'nt work.
Do you know how I solve this?
Best regards

Re: Can run on VPS!
Install the latest version
http://rootjazz.com/tumblingjazz/updatetesting.html
If when you double click the program it doesn't run, then something is probably blocking it on your machine
Check AV software, make sure it is whitelisted
Failing that, send me your logs
Can you send me your logs files
Click the Windows / Start button (or press the Windows key on your keyboard)
In Windows 7 you can type straight into the search box, in XP click run first
Type
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\logs
In the folder that opens, please zip up all files and email them to me

Best regards, And thanks for your support!

Re: Can run on VPS!
Glad you got it working. If it happens again, do send the logs and the database folder
