Why can't I upload a tweet with a video

On my vps Windows 2012, I couldn't upload videos to Twitter
Why is that? Ask the author for help

Fixed.

Program expecting a specific text in the output from video processing, which due to language of your machine is not found.

The next update will fix this. I shall let you know when it is ready.
