hello.
Successfully logged in 6 accounts.
But when I do some action it shows challenge_required.
My Instagram account is using mail.ru and is set to POP.

And even in manual mode, the EV challenge required loops infinitely. I know it was updated a few days ago. but it doesn't work normally

Manual mode? You mean if you log in via the browser and try and solve it, it just keeps looping? If so, that's IG, if you cannot do it manually, then the program cannot do it.

But I cannot find your logs. Can you :

1) right click the action with the looping challenges and select RAW LOGS, then email me those:

2) Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE

2) Run a clean login:


Goto the ACCOUNTS tab
Check the account
Right click the account and select DELETE COOKIES
Uncheck option to USE EXISTING COOKIES (if option exists)
Check Force (if option exists)
click the link VERIFY:LOGIN

This will create an action and send it to the PROCESSING TAB
Goto the processing tab and click RUN. The action will run.
You can double click the action to view the logs and submit logs.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, please submit logs:

3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Please read the post above and follow the instructions.

I checked your logs and couldn't find any looping verifications. Lots of proxy fails, but nothing related to this thread. If can get be action specific logs (as detailed above) it will help me understand your issue a lot
