but here you say the DM was successful

I use %1% token to send 1 minute follow up message, DM is success but follow up message all failed.

ok, thanks for clarifying, please submit logs showing failed follow up DM

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the numbers are sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
