Hi all,

Is anyone facing the problem a similar problem:
When running the unfollow (for profile twitterdub followed in last 7 days) and didn't follow back. Twitterdub application is checking the entire database and matching whether these profile follow you or not and run for many days?

Can you post your UNFOLLOW setup.

The time issue, is caused by the program checking against your scraped followers, which is high. You should NOT use this option. Rather than scraping your follower based and removing those from the followed_db_records (which is most effective if your follower count isn't too high, you should use the option to test each followed_db_record at point of unfollow to see if they are a follower. However, testing the followed_db_records against a high follower count is always going to take a while.

Either the program doesn't test records that were once followers, but the next time it runs it doesn't know if they still are and cannot assume they are, but this "could" speed things up but at a cost of accuracy. So it's a catch22.

Hi Martin,

As I shared with you a couple of times on email along with the logs, here are the steps:
Do not Unfollow if following you: Checked
Only follow, if followed by bot: Checked
Random Pause: 10 to 15
Repeat hours: 100
Repeat #times: 1000
Unfollow after X Days: 7
#Unfollow: 1000


I cannot see the Scraped follower Option anywhere. Can you please tell me where that is??

The same setting was working within 5 hours up until May 2022 and then it suddenly became 5-7 days exercise as it is going through the entire database and checking every profile.

Please let me know what to do?

It wasn't gradual
It wasn't a new action setup differently.

Sorry if you have already (am frantically trying to catch up from last week of health problems and a long holiday weekend due to national independence holidays) but submit logs or tell me if you have and I'll search emails and submit database:

Can you submit your database please

TOOLS > CREATE DB BACKUP AND SEND TO SUPPORT

then send your DB ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

I may also need database backups which you will need to send manually

%appdata%\rootjazz\twitterdub\database\backups

zip all that up and upload it somewhere and email me the link (WARNING it contains your private information so do not post it publicly)
