I can't register an account on Twitter dub

From today, I suddenly can no longer register an account on Twitter dub. Until yesterday, I was able to register an account. When I try to register, "Please confirm account details are correct and proxy if used"
I get the error "Details did not validate or failed login check".
Both account information and proxy information are correct.
Why can't I register my account suddenly?

No, only today. Yesterday I didn't have issues. The same issue your having I had starting on 06/17/2022 at around 1:30pm est

I contacted support by email but haven't received a reply yet

I too contacted support via email, nothing yet. Patience, coding and programming takes time. First you have to identify the problem then test the resolution and package it up into an update. I expect Support is already aware of this and is working on a patch. I do a lot of networking on the weekend, hope they can resolve it soon.
