You could used custom tokens for this.

You could then add
#yourtoken#:{rand-token1|ran-token2....}
Then anytime you use #youtoken# the spintax would be run and a random token selected
Spintax is away of randomly selecting an option in the format
{option1|option2|option3|option4}
