So I know how the 2Captcha balance thing works.
I tried to open 300 accounts with 50 threads. it ripped through my balance. $6.75 to $-0.0024 in no time.
If I opened 300 accounts with 1 thread, would it cost me less?
How much does one solved captcha cost?
Does it charge me every time one is solved, or every time it attempts to solve?

What proxies you using? If you are using crappy (public proxies) everything may go smoothly, but the final request (after captcha solved) SC may refuse it as the proxy has been used by others heavily before.
Your thread count shouldn't make a difference. But reading the logs is next to impossible with 30 threads. run a test. Create 10 accounts with 1 thread. Read the logs, see what happens
If you are not, I advise to invest in private proxies, you will get close to 100% success rate with quality proxies
