Half the updates account page is missing, im using a vps.

I cant even scroll to the right to see other options, there is no scroll bar on the bottom and the arrow keys wont scroll me either.

I tried making the page bigger and that wont even work.'

Also need help with the smspva token, I used the apikey for smspva and this is the message i get

failed to load sms requested parameters. Please run a VERIFY:LOGIN (force) action to request another SMS code and trysubmit code again.

I have no idea what that means.

Im also posting a screen shot that shows the issue im having with the update accounts page and there is no way for me to scroll to the right to see the other options.

Can you change the screen resolution on the VPS, that seems terribly small like 800x900 or something.

Can you submit logs please, I'd need more information to try and figure out what is happening

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Hello my log id is 72331.

Im not sure im using hyonix vps if you know anything about them.

I was referred to them on BHW.

Never heard of them. But resolution should be editable same as on on normal PC
right click desktop > display settings > What is your resolution set to? Can you increase it?

When does this appear?
How does this appear? In action logs? Message pop up? Something else?

Are you able to force the message to display? If so, what do you do to cause it

Can you:

Please perform:

1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.

DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME

Do what you have to do to cause the error to display

3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

Im not even sure if I'm phone verifying correctly.

Im assuming to sms verify a phone opn a twitter i have to click on "submit sms code" on the view accounts tab?
