What are the best proxies to use for account creation. Any suggestions are welcomed.

I use webshare. Work fine and use them on many softwares. They offer ip authentication which is for Rootjazz so you don't need login and password. My bill is currently $3.00 USD for 250 GB and 100 proxies. When I was doing some heavy scraping with SB I did burn up the 250 GB but with normal use it never happens. I use seospartans for catchall email address. $6.50 a month
