Unfollow - Bot Follows

Hi Martin,
Whilst Unfollowing Bot follows, I see that it keep trying to Unfollow profiles which do not exist.
Can you please take a look....
I am sending you the details and log via email.

What you can do to fix this is to RECALIBRATE your followings.


Make sure you are not running ANY actions. Pause / clear the processor tab.

Clear your logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
Create a database backup: TOOLS > CREATE DB BACKUP
goto FOLLOW TAB
check your account
click RECALIBRATE FOLLOWINGS

Now run the action.

After completion, attempt to run your normal unfollow action, it should work. If not, please submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

What it does is verify all the profiles the program has recorded you have followed in the bot are still actually followed, so any which you unfollowed manually / outside the bot / profiles that got banned are removed from the internal "being followed" list.
