I remember someone posted this issue but no solution coz he couldn't provide the log.
FOR the RECORD, there are no error LOG generated since nothing happens and TJ doesn't think there are any problem.
but it happens every time and I find the way to repeat this now.
1. choose Scrape Images
2. Select Account to assign the job
3. then the account list window popup, and it takes like 10 minutes to display the accounts.
This also happen to the main windows like View Account, but case sensitive. I guess when account numbers increase it happens more. But in my case, my account number are actually fewer than before, when there were no such issues.
PS:
when click on Select Account, it also takes long to popup the window.

How many accounts you have?
Can you submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)
The program should log out the times it is taking and hopefully there might be something there to indicate why it is taking 10 minutes.
Also, what machine are you using? Home machine ? VPS? What spec?
Someone recently was using a free tier Amazon VPS which was being throttled to a CPU next to 0 after the program used too much resources (for the free tier which are very low)

Again, there is NO LOGS.
Because I haven't do anything, just launch the program and click some tabs.
It also happen in V2.0, the latest version by today. and Now it's not 10 minutes, it's NOT showing anything.
FYI, I run it in VPS, this issue never occur before. There are like 3000 accs in one instance. But it was fine all the time till like 1 month ago.

Please perform:
1) Clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
2) Run the action that you are having an issue with.
goto SCRAPE IMAGES tab
click button to display accounts
DO NOT RUN ANY OTHER ACTIONS AT THE SAME TIME
3) If the issue happens again, submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
