have you tested the account manually in the browser to see if it is the account?

I just logged in manually to one of them in chrome and tweeted a link to the same website and it went through fine.

In Twitterdub its saying "IGNORE: item: Processed before"

then that is why. You are trying to duplicate something and have the UNIQUE option selected
