Increser/Scrapper NOT WORKING

Hello I purchased the Cloud Manager Software a couple of weeks ago and I have thus far really enjoyed the product and it's features. I have recommend the product to numerous friends and co workers.

I switched on the product today and downloaded the latest version as was advised.

Now when I try and increase plays it will NOT find the track on my profile to increase?

Also the scrapper function has also stopped working as it will no longer initially scrap details etc?

Can you please help me with this problem as it is most frustrating.

I hope to have a speedy resolution and reply.

Soundcloud made a lot of changes that went live 1st Dec.

Have been updating the app and putting out every few hours, as I get notified of issues.

Hopefully all are resolved now
