Failed login doesn't mark the account

Failed login doesn't mark the account

I found another glitch - when the account fails to log in, it's not marked as failed right away in the UI. You have to restart TJ to see, which accounts have failed.

Even if you browse to other tabs, does that not trigger a refresh?
