profile comment content bug

Hi Admin
In profile comment and track comment content, html tags not working.
<br>, \n , <b></b> tags are not working.
Bot not give line breaks, instead posting comment with html tags.

check and clear bug soon

I don't think HTML should be working. I just tried posting a profile comment on a mixcloud page and there is no HTML allowed. If you cannot post HTML on the website, then the bot cannot post HTML

In website i can post message line by line.

AH, sorry I misunderstood. You are referring to <br> and \n in the message, which the bot when process as a newline. Not actually sending HTML <b> <i> <u> <p> <a> etc to the mixcloud form.
