I have been through your logs again but there is no clue there as to why this happens to you.

The quickest way to fix this would be if I could get your login details and test from here. If I can reproduce the error it is then a simple step to fix. If this is ok, please email me the details on

I decided to uninstall and delete all the appdata/roaming/rootjazz files from my pc. Reinstalling after doing so has resolved the issue. Thanks again for the help!

Do you know the version you are on?

There was a problem caused (I think) by Soundcloud killing classic search. When you went to classic search page a cookie was set by soundcloud that meant you would be using next soundcloud from then on.

This was causing problems on reloading accounts as the v1 cookie was not reset on a cookie load.

That is fixed in the latest versions
