Could you give me a hint, how to do it - if it can be done? I'd really like to avoid stressing those accounts by logging in without cookie since they'll also get a new proxy, which could be too much at once.

how to transfer cookies?
I'd like to transfer all my accounts to my notebook, which is easy by exporting them, unfortunately I can't seem to find a way to transfer the cookies, too. The folder "cookies" in appdata is always empty, although I know for sure that all my accounts log in with their according cookies just fine.
Could you give me a hint, how to do it - if it can be done? I'd really like to avoid stressing those accounts by logging in without cookie since they'll also get a new proxy, which could be too much at once.

Click the Windows / Start button (or press the Windows key on your keyboard)
In Windows 7 you can type straight into the search box, in XP click run first
Type
%appdata%\rootjazz\soundcloud manager\database\dbaccount
Copy that folder over to your new machines. Cookies will then be copied over
