Proxy Limit

Hi Martin,

I noticed that there is an arbitrary limit on the Scrape module, restricting the number of Proxies that we can use.

It appears to be 1646 lines. Any more than that simply gets cutoff.

It would be great to increase this if possible. I currently use around 6k proxies.

I also noticed this limit on the Whitelist screen, under Private messaging. Perhaps we could expand that one as well to accommodate longer lists?
