Issue with Watermarker and all soft after deleting one user on system

So,

I have Win 10, and installed all software (watermarker, xvideos, and tumblr) and when I deleted one of the user accounts (one that the software was used on originally but not the admin account) now everytime I start them I have to insert the license again. No problem to copy paste, but really?

In any case, I have an issue with the watermarker. I tell it to convert to AVI and trim and then output to a file. The log shows they wanted to turn into .avi, but then output to FLV again (watermark and trim is perfect, no conversion). My settings are pretty much:

Watch directory : yada yada
Delete after finished with the file (which it does I believe)
Move to yada yada if failed
watermark image yada yada

Convert to AVI before watermarking
accept all file size and ignore duration extraction.
trim to 5 mins

And then it does everything it is supposed to except conversion to avi.

According to what I understand of that, it is supposed to create the AVI and delete the .flv, but when I open the converted file after completion, there is nothing but .flv files in there.

SO far I have been just using it to watermark, then manually convert to avi with another soft, and then rewrite the .flv in the txt files with notepad++ so I can move it all to the upload watch folder.

I would rather set the xvideos to download to a specific folder, automatically convert and watermark, and then automatically upload with commander, then once complete, grab all urls, scrape images from them and put them in the watch folder for tumblr. Buuut, that isn't occurring at the moment.

Shouldn't have to do that. Once registered a license file is created verifying you are registered. If it isn't happening then either
a) the program cannot find the file (some permissions issue on your machine - from what you say probably related to you deleting the user. Try and start the app by right clicking and run as admin)
b) your hardware IDs changing each run - can happen if you run in a VM

From the log, it is still converting, it is saving the watermarked AVI file to the conversion dir in your %appdata% folder and that hasn't completed yet (watermarking is intensive and can take a while depending on a few things).

How long have you left it running?

How big is the original file? (if you know)






Please perform the following:

delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens


Perform the action:
***
Check the option
HELP > CONFIG > save output to file (or something like this - saving the FFMPEG output to a file in your logs)

Make sure your WATCH folder is empty
Drop a small video file in your watch folder, 1 minute or so

Run the action,

when you see a log like:
*** 09:01:52: Watermark: Saveto: ....
Please allow a few minutes for it to complete / fail. You should see more logs saying what happenened

***

PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.


Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)

I did that and it basically showed that it did successfully convert and then save as flv.

I also noticed that if I change the actual file name myself (even with a bulk renamer) the avi plays fine. Is it just converting and then leaving the name as flv?

On that note, I was wondering if you can upload flv to xvideos and not need conversion at all, simply just watermark. I tried that before and it said incorrect file type.
