Due to changes in how tumblr works now, it won't work on domain names. It will only work on tumblr subdomains

any chance that this could be fixed? What's the difference when you use tumblr subdomain or own domain?

You can still access the posts via subdomain, even when you have set your own domain.

The way the posts need to be built relies on using the subdomain, which doesn't exist. It might be possible other ways, but on investigation didn't seem like it was a simple 2 minute fix - as no one had mentioned it, wasn't deemded all that important as domains are <1% of tumblr

You can still access the posts via subdomain, even when you have set your own domain.
But you need to access it, you know how to get the subdomain URL from the custom domain?
