Feature Request : Never follow list and Recent Notes + Top Post

I would like to propose two new features

1A never follow list - a black list that would keep blogs from following blogs we name. The blacklist feature is not working when following.

Add a notes in last 24 hours(or 3 days or 7 days or 30days) option in the scrape stats area.
