Registered Tumblr but Not Added to Accounts (Delete this post looks duplicate)

Martin,
Of about 30 recent Tumblrs the software registered. 6 do not show in the accounts tab. The logs show the 3 registration attempts failed. The tumblrs were unregistered prior to commencing with the project. After project complete all 6 are registered but the logs show they failed.
Do you know what causes this?
