Of about 30 recent Tumblrs the software registered. 6 do not show in the accounts tab. The logs show the 3 registration attempts failed. The tumblrs were unregistered prior to commencing with the project. After project complete all 6 are registered but the logs show they failed.

Do you know what causes this?

try switching between tabs, somestimes the reload fails and this will retrigger. Or restart app. Otherwise perhaps the accounts did not create properly so are not showing for that (failed verification - if so you can use the failed verified view to see these accounts (from accounts tab)

No idea without logs, something fail during account sign up process - that is all I can tell you with information I have
