When Reblogging how to add Tags?

After Creating an Accout the File for the Account has a checkmark for V2. What is that for?

SEO Theme. Is this a custom theme that comes with the software? What are the SEO factors?

If it is a v2 tumblr account (new layout) or v1 (old). Just ignore it and the program will figure it out

SEO Theme. Is this a custom theme that comes with the software? What are the SEO factors?

The program will improve the theme with basic SEO improvements (if possible)
