Tumbling Jazz makes my PC crash

Hello,

For the last 2 days, every time I try to run actions, my computer freeze and I have to restart it.

It happen +-1 minute after I click the "run" of the processor. I can use the software without any issue if I don't click the "run".

version:1.8.3.5

I tried to uninstall and reinstall Tjazz. It did not work.

It should be impossible for the app to crash your PC. The app can crash itself sure, but the .net framework should protect the underlying OS.

What action are you trying to run?
What spec is the PC? RAM / CPU

Is it a real OS, or a VM

I am seeing an issue where an action is causing an error, because the account the like action refers to does not exist (or the like action was created without an account.


What happens if you delete the action crashing the app / machine and add it again? Does that "fix" things?

My bad, it's not "crashing" the PC. It froze it and I can't use it anymore.
WIN-10
Intel Core i-5
12 GB RAM

You are right about the action linked to no account. Each time I open TJazz, the action is added ( I delete it each time).

I tried to delete all actions and only add one (post images). Same issue.

shouldn't even freeze the machine either. Win10 was meant to stop all that....

Anyway, if you don't mind deleteing all actions


close the app

goto
%appdata%\rootjazz\tumbling jazz\database\dbaction\

and delete everything, restart the app.

Should fix it
