Can't "Browser Login"

Already replaced the Chrome Driver with the right one

you are on the wrong chromedriver.

it says you were on 92, then you changed it to 90, but you need to be on 4


Due to chrome updates you will need the specific CHROME DRIVER for your CHROME install.
