Posting by Link URL - is this correct format?

Hello all,
From the documentation it shows you can post via website URL and gives this format:
Links:
#Url, Desc[o], Tags tag1/tag2/tag3/tag4[o], Stub[o], Source[o], summary [o]=optional
So would this be correct format for a tumblr blog post, without description, but with 3 or 4 tags and nothing else?
https: // blogname.tumblr[dot]com/post/164238496857,,dog/dogs/puppy/puppies,,
(Please ignore the [dot], not trying to create hyperlink)
