How should I categorize the accounts. For example, I only want to post to the account of the proxy ip in Los Angeles this time. How should I find them quickly?

You can use ACCOUNT TAGGING (select / check accounts and right click > ACCOUNT TAGS to give the accounts tags which you can use to filter the view with the filter controls - bottom left of accounts list
