Is the promo action have to make only likes and no follows at all?
In my case it start 3rd time and made only likes.

Depends on so many variables.
How did you specify the action
What happened to the actions in the processor
How did the actions run?
What do the logs say?
Do you have promo follow action still in processor?
Do the follows run? fail ? error? disappeared?

there were 3 actions created, unfollow, unlike, and promo like/follow

it set to 24h repeat, start as expected, search keywords, select tweets and like it. thats all. no follow actions were made

Processed: 150/150
Failed: 2
and lot of SUCCESS: Likes: and not follow

Its combines as i can see by names, but work only as like
There is no separated follow promo

Ok so you ran an EFFECTIVE promo (not wider)


Submit logs
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)


So I can see what happened in the promolike/follow

it takes too long to send the logs. i tried several times.

Time to upload is purely based on size of logs and your connection.

As I have the logs now you can clear existing logs:

HELP > LOGS > DELETE

In future, if you need to submit specific logs, you can clear logs, then perform the action you are having issues with, then upload. Should take seconds then
