Afair, software takes recent followers/followings.
Is there any way to get Followings or Followers Of and pick random one?

Not a scrape. Just regular search.
Lets say search and like.
FollowingsOf->Pick Random Profile->like some tweets
But looks like in step FollowingsOf, software get only recent and start working with profiles one by one and there is no way to pick profile randomly?

ahh ok, I understand you.
You are correct, if you want (n) results, from followers / followings then the program will scrape the first (n) results returned by twitter. This is because twitter returns the data in new followers / followings order.
There is no way to select a random follower - this would require the program to scrape more than required then randomly select which would be excessive requests
