From the INBOX tab, you can now create GROUP RETWEET actions.

Check your account

Set a check Conversation Ever (n) hours repeat.

Click GROUP RETWEET

Specify the GROUP URL, i.e.
https://twitter.com/messages/11687468318674986463125

Optionally specify a DM text to post after all tweets from the group have been retweeted.

Twitterdub will scrape the conversation message for DMs with tweets then retweet them all and optional post a message after all retweeted. simple
