How do you scrape user handles from tweets?
for example, I want to scrape the IDs of the users who liked and retweeted this tweet

Do you want "user handles" i.e usernames
or do you want IDs ?
Eitherway. goto SCRAPER tab
In custom search specify:
NOTES
Searchinput: the post url
OUTPUT TYPE: IDs or URLs depending what you want.
But please note, you cannot get ALL likers / retweeters. If you go to the website and try to view all, twitter will only show a selection, this selection is all the program can scrape to
