Hello Rootjazz
I have an issue with the Global Auto mention Tool. Indeed, I have a lot of account that are mentionning people that recently said a specific word (I'm using custom search - recent Tweet that contains a specific word - Creator of this tweet)
However, I have so many account that are mentionning in the same time, that they mention the same person more than 1 time (it can be up to 5 or 6 time) in 10-20sec.
I think the Global automention tool is working, but that I have so many accounts that it makes mention same people too many time in a short laps of time.
What can I do to avoid that? I think you can imagine how annoying it is to receive the same message by different accounts. I'm loosing so much trust.
Thanks
Issue with global Auto mention
Re: Issue with global Auto mention
I just saw that you answered me last time in an other topic I made about this.
However as you can see Issue is not resolved. The timing issue is still here.
What can I do ?

Re: Issue with global Auto mention
Please describe EXACTLY how you set the actions up. How are you specifying who to mention?
The issue sounds like it is caused by your threading, that when accounts check the mentions, they have NOT been used, but these concurrent checks mean the accounts are getting the same results.
To know more, I need to know EXACTLY what you are doing.
The logs showing the duplicate mentions
and example tweets showing duplicatations
