Follow action issue?

Post by hjjkim »

logs_4681
It take too long to process (2-3 hours)
and Max actions = 900. It stopped after 35 follows. (35/900)
any suggestions?

I see one follow action in your logs, seems to be running fine.

Check through the logs, what part is taking so long? search / filter / following?

If search / filter - check your filter isn't ignoring loads of items
If following, it should be clear - fails? ignoring? something else?

I follow from my scrapping list. no filter no search. I run with 45 threads but it look like 2-3 threads. It's fast at the beginning but after about 100 follows it's slow.
Just curious, I run unfollow action at the same time and tick "process one action per account". <-- Is is possible this is the cause that make follow action slow?

Please describe in more detail EXACTLY what you mean
no filter no search. I run with 45 threads but it look like 2-3 threads. It's fast at the beginning but after about 100 follows it's slow.
How many accounts? A screenshot would be useful to know what you are doing. Email if private:

Code: Select all

support[at]rootjazz[dot]com
but after about 100 follows it's slow
again knowing exactly what you doing would help x100. But what pause do you have? threads will pause by the pause, so if you have long pauses it would appear only a few threads are running due to being paused.
Just curious, I run unfollow action at the same time and tick "process one action per account". <-- Is is possible this is the cause that make follow action slow?
no it cannot affect the follow action

Checking your logs again:
08:23:00: <html><head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head>
<body><h2>502 Bad Gateway</h2><h3>Host Not Found or connection failed</h3></body></html>
your proxies fail A LOT.

But can you do the following

clear logs: HELP > LOGS > DELETE
pause/ stop /remove all existing actions.
Add your action you are having issues with: Screenshot the setup. opts / number of accounts / all details (again email if private)
Run your action (make sure it is inside working hours)
After an hour or so, submit logs, that should be enough to get an idea what is going on

DURING THE TEST do not run other actions, just leave this one running - do not perform anything else, just leave the program alone to run the test

Regards,
Martin
