Hi,
I understand that we can use Geosearch to search around a location but can we also search for a keyword mentioned within some kms of a location. e.g. I was want search for all the tweets that had "leadership" keyword around 10kms. off London.
How can this be achieved?
Cheers,
Shaily

Re: Searching keywords within GeoSearch
IIRC, with the new twitter update, twitter removed a lot of advanced search functionality. Am not sure this is possible anymore. Let me confirm as am not 100% I am remembering correctly

Re: Searching keywords within GeoSearch
I cannot even see how to search by place on the new site. If the website doesn't allow the functionality, then the program cannot either

Ok, the program will still call the old advanced endpoint, so it may not work for ever, but if is working now, you can use it as follows.
CUSTOM SEARCH:
GEO
Input can be a csv:
location, kw, recent|top
etc
CUSTOM SEARCH:

Code: Select all
