This is result from Search Follow action.
Processed: 390/388 Failed: 180
I run TD using 4g proxies and they rotate every 10 minutes and stop for around 30-60
seconds every time they rotate.
The question is:
"Failed: 180" is because the proxies stops?
If yes, TD will skip those 180 users or redo them?

No idea why they failed. You'd need to check the logs and see why. But I imagine the proxy wasn't working would explain it.
But no, they failed, they won't be retried, program doesn't know why they failed. It would be very bad if they failed for a reason and the program kept retrying them. You'd then make a post saying "WTF, why did the program keep retrying these failed items, they failed, they shouldn't be retried as they failed for a reason".
If something went wrong, it is much better each time to do nothing, than to retry. Retry could be the correct decision, but it could be a very bad decision. So logically they need to be left
