Only half of the tweet body is being posted

While tweeting media with the tweet, only half of the tweet body is being posted on twitter. Is there any character limit for the caption ?

there is the twitter tweet limit. Which will be set to the default in the program. If your account can post longer tweets, you can change this limit in the account details form


But without knowing what you are doing it is hard to say what is happening

Entire tweet body is not posted. Only 150 characters is being posted. When i tweet manually from the same account, i can post much longer tweet. How to correct this issue ?

If your account can post longer tweets, you can change this limit in the account details form

open account details form (double click account)
maybe in advanced section.
