How to follow users that interacted with tweets from an account

How can I setup twitterdub to follow users that interacted with tweets from an account
example: https://twitter.com/Twitter tweeted https://twitter.com/Twitter/status/1111312068911611904
and I want to follow users that interacted with that tweet
