Hi guys.

When sending out direct messages to new followers do I use single comment or multi-comment mode?

A direct message has a number of comments over successive lines, and it isn't clear from the instruction on that page whether comments mean alternate messages, or just different lines within the same DM.

Many thanks.

Is up to you. Single comment mode, is just a way to enter your single comment over multiple lines

So if you enter
HI
thanks for following me
it was kind of you

the program will format it as
HI
thanks for following me
it was kind of you
So it can help if you don't really understand how to use linebreak tokens.

If you do understand linebreaks and want to provide multiple messages to be used randomly, then use multi comment mode

multi comment mode: each line is a different message. One at random is selected and sent
single comment mode: one comment sent each time
