Failed couldnt extract keys | unable to create apps

Hello Team,

I am not able to create a new app.

I went to Tools > Walkthrough > Attempt auto client application API setup > entered username and correct password.

Please have a look at the image and advise.

My phone number is verified and I have tried with other accounts and it is not working with any of them.

Can you please send us the log?


GOTO APPLICATION TOP BAR
HELP > LOG > DELETE ALL THE LOGS

RUN THE ACTION ( tools > walkthrough > attempt to automatic api setup > it fails )

GOTO HELP > LOG > SUBMIT

Do not run any other actions, just run the action and after it ends, submit the log, also note the log id
Post the log ID here.








I will suggest you to go smooth.


Please follow the steps:


TD > view accounts tab > input the PVA account and add by doing

Add> click > put user details > Save

Accounts will be added


Then check the account
Click GENERATE API KEYS

Then goto to processor tab and you will see an action which is processing and after double clicking, you will see how the api key/app was created.









Note:

Tools> walkthrough > attempt api automatically might not work as there is some twitter changes recently.
I have replicated and i found some issue there too.

I have reported this to admin and he will look inot this and get back to you very soon.
