Problems authorising account

Hi Martin,

I am still having troubles with this.

I have submitted logs, ID is 76951 version 1.4.2.6

The prblem seems to be occuring when I am trying to authorise, and the dialogue suggests that as I have corrected the system clock time issue, there's a problem when i am trying to log into Twitter....

Proxy is hosted by hostwinds so I would have thought it should be of good quality (certainly not very cheap!), but perhaps the issue still lies there?

Many thanks and please let me know if you need more info.

Best,

|a

Can you please post real time logs?

Create authorize action for account x > goto TD processor tab > double click > copy the log by select all the copy ( ctrl+c) > then paste them here.

The real time logs will be helpful to diagnose the issue for you very fast.

Your log will say that. :)
How good or bad that proxy was/is.

Best regards

The bot couldn't pull the login page.
Please make sure the proxy is working.
Can you confirm the proxy is working or not?
Can you please check the proxy in browser?
Can you please check the proxy is well configured?
Is it IPV4 or IPV6?

Regards

Many thanks,

No you don't need ipv6 IP.
Ipv4 are perfect.

Please try the action again and send us the logs -

GOTO APPLICATION TOP BAR
HELP > LOG > DELETE ALL THE LOGS

RUN THE ACTION ( Run the authorize action - it will fail as we saw)

GOTO HELP > LOG > SUBMIT

Do not run any other actions, just run the action and after it ends, submit the log, also note the log id
Post the log ID here.

Regards

Your proxy is not working

Please test the proxy on the machine you are using by setting it as the proxy for your web browser then attempting to view a web page

Martin

Thanks for the verification.
The hosting company tech support have been less than helpful!
But, have confirmed both through me and them, finally, that they can't log onto the proxies. They have never worked as far as I can see.

So, I have bought some from ghostproxies.com
I am now getting a waiting message when trying to authorise account.
Log id is: 41361
I seemed to be unable to validate accounts with this proxy supplier...
Many thanks,

~a
