Every was working fine, but all of a sudden, getting failed, on all accounts...... even on latest test version.

submit logs please

HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT

then send your logs ID - the first 4 numbers is sufficient (displayed after successful uploading of logs)

There should be some footprints and you should not left any footprints.

I do believe that -

Whenever you created the accounts and the apps - twitter noticed some footprints that has been logged and later your accounts are in trouble. Something you did that is common, something you used was common.
