Have you tried a different proxy?

It could be the proxy was ok, but now it is not

I assume you are talking about the refund. The program has a 30 days refund policy. If you are in 30 days period, then the amount can be reimbursed.

Twitter doesn't like it when 'something' changes or is unexpected for its AI.

Give it a few days, keep unlocking and you'll see, suddenly you won't get blocked again (though you might want to keep an eye out on your impressions; I've noticed Twitter punishing you by just showing your tweets less).

mostly... sad reality ;-)

I was training a fresh account today - I got locked 5 times in a row... It sure didn't like TAP software suite ;-)

As a support person, i should not disclose my workaround and tests, but i have to say that - i got this thing for 1 months and then all ok. :)
Very sad.

Better time gap just works fine. Too rush = PVA.

No, has nothing to do with the end-result. Training the bot failed, so no actual tweet or retweet or follow or whatever was ever done. JUST setting NEW software on the account (with a proxy, true) was enough to suspend the account...

New proxy will give you an instant trouble. You have to handle it by PVA. I am not a twitter expert but said what i have said. :)
