I cancelled the current task; replaced the image with another image (same name) and did a Redo on the action.

Can't say - for now I have this example for you that I had happening twice if memory serves me right :/

please test:

upload a single image with another account, does it work.
Try again wit the account that is not working.

Just a single image upload. Not other settings, no pre / post processing, no tweet, just an image.

we need to know if it is localise to this account or not. As I said, not effecting me and no one else has reported it
