Where or how can I enter the goo.gl API keys for ((googl-rand)LINK)?

I can't really find where I can enter the Google API keys. I only see the bit.ly API fields...

What am I missing here? It feels like the goo.gl API fields have been forgotten ;-)

Yeah it is as I expected... The Google API field got dropped!

In the video "twitter dub walkthrough consumer keys and auth auto" there is Google API Key field. Clearly, we don't have that any longer? : )

I can't really find anything about goo.gl stopping to work... Some things might have changed in 2015? I got a lot of articles from that year but there still should be a goo.gl api...
