Re: Tweet Image: how does the randomization work? Not random here! :)
Thank you - ignore the 2 ANGRY emails it wasn't working, pretty please :)martin@rootjazz wrote:Just added a token for you
#fille:c:\path\to\file.txt#
where you can specify all your possible texts that will be randomised when posting NOT when creating the action
The next update will include this. I shall let you know when it is ready.
Regards,
Martin
I guess this was correct after all:
So thank you for implementing a quick fix and make this feature all round cool :)I repeat the Action every 23 minutes and the program therefore keeps the one tweet it created on a 23 minute cycle and not a new randomization and tweet every 23 minutes... I hope not and if so: how to solve?

Re: Tweet Image: how does the randomization work? Not random here! :)
I think random is pseudo-random here (tweet images)?
I just redid the same action (after canceling it) and these are the 2 tweets I got:
https://twitter.com/crypto_growers/stat ... 2165809153 and https://twitter.com/crypto_growers/stat ... 6253332480
They both have the some tweet text (also: image is missing: that's another problem NOT FOR HERE) except for the bitly-rand URL. It isn't the first tweet from the file, so it's random there.
Not a biggy but you might want to know...

yes, random is just pseudo random, when working with a seed, nothing is truly random on a computer.

yeah, but starting with the same random number again... it's beyond the theoretical problems of randomization ;pmartin@rootjazz wrote: ↑Sat Oct 28, 2017 8:21 pm yes, random is just pseudo random, when working with a seed, nothing is truly random on a computer.

Re: Tweet Image: how does the randomization work? Not random here! :)
so you are posting from the file. Which by design starts at the first line and works it's way down.
Can you let me know the text of that first tweet. I am assuming there is some randomistion in it (spintax? tokens?) I can then check on the random parts that do not seem to be working for you
