Re: image tweet unhandled exception error
Update:
If I open TB and choose a single image first, nothing else regarding image upload will work. If i open TB and start using csv or a directory, this works.. so the single image upload is causing problems.

Re: image tweet unhandled exception error
your logs do not contain the word "illegal".
Please perform the following:
Open the program. Delete or pause all existing actions. If actions are already running due to autorun on startup, disable autorun at startup and restart the app. All actions must be waiting, then pause all (or delete)
Delete existing logs
HELP > LOGS > VIEW
delete all files in the folder that opens
Perform the action:
***
run your image upload action,
when the issue occurs, submit logs
***
PLEASE NOTE: Do not perform other actions at the same time. Only use one thread. Do not run any actions after this action.
Then submit logs:
HELP > LOGS > SUBMIT
and let me know the LOGS ID (just the number part is sufficient)
Regards,
Martin

Re: image tweet unhandled exception error
ok, I saw your PM, you can post that here, saves time
So what do you do?
you type in the file path? or select it with the file dialog?
Then that happens when you click add?
What path are you typing / selecting?
The error is clear, you are telling the program to open a file location, the program tries, the OS says "no that is illegal".
thus I can only assume your file path is wrong.

Re: image tweet unhandled exception error
hey martin,
1. open td
2. select image tweet
3. select jpg file with the dialog (but also tried it by typing in the path directly
4. click import file
-> small error window
I am 100% sure the path is correct. When starting the program, choosing a directory or csv works. When i first choose a single image upload and THEN choose directory or csv, there is no error message but the program adds the items to "number tweets" but nothing is displayed left under file name.
